In 2025, Public Insurance Agency was merged into the Oren Mizrach Group.

In 2025, Elite Finances Insurance Agency Ltd. merged into the Oren Mizrach Group.

Ari Insurance Agency Ltd., part of the Oren Mizrach Group, is the largest insurance agency providing insurance services across all insurance areas, to agents and customers in northern Israel.
The agency was established through the merger of three major, leading agencies in the north, which became a single entity and now serves as the northern branch of the Oren Mizrach Group.

"Bituach Darom Yahel," part of the Oren Mizrach Insurance Agency Ltd. Group, was founded in 2000 by David Cohen and Ze’ev Shochat as an underwriting agency providing services to insurance agents and customers in southern Israel.
In 2016, it was acquired by the Oren Mizrach Group, and since then has served as the group’s central branch in Be’er Sheva and the southern region.
